About the role


We’re looking for a data-driven, detail-obsessed Data Analyst to join our fast-paced team. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining our data infrastructure, uncovering insights to drive decision-making, and helping teams across the business unlock the power of data. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on translating complex data into actionable business solutions, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and wants to help shape how data is used at a high-growth SaaS company.


What you'll do

  • Own the Data Pipeline: Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines to ensure accurate and consistent data flow across systems. Handle error monitoring and data quality validation.
  • Enhance ETL Processes: Design and implement efficient ETL workflows using automation and best practices to improve data transformation accuracy and speed.
  • Analyze and Deliver Insights: Conduct exploratory analysis, identify key trends and patterns, and present actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
  • Build Tableau Dashboards: Create interactive and visually engaging dashboards that communicate key data insights to internal stakeholders across departments.
  • Support Data Governance: Uphold data quality standards, maintain data dictionaries, and collaborate cross-functionally to develop governance policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Tableau for building interactive dashboards and visualizing complex datasets.
  • Experience with ETL tools and workflows, including building and maintaining data pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling principles and best practices to ensure data integrity and scalability.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes of data issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret and apply business processes and KPIs in data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with data governance concepts, including data quality standards, documentation, and collaboration on data policies, is a plus.
