As a member of the maintenance team, you have one of the most important jobs at the property. You are responsible for providing a safe and comfortable living space for the individuals choosing to live at our property. Often you are the face of the company and our residents rely on you to promptly respond to their needs. As part of our property team, it is your responsibility to aid and assist in creating a great living experience for all of our residents.
Your responsibilities include:
As part of the maintenance team you are required to be a part of the on-call emergency phone rotation. The on-call emergency phone provides a way for Property Managers, Assistant Managers, and all supervisors to ensure that any emergency maintenance needs can be addressed immediately after hours or on weekends.
Safety is a major priority for this position, both in the processes of completing tasks and in providing a safe and secure community for residents.
