Are you an experienced technical professional looking for a role where you can deepen your expertise and work with innovative EV charging technology? Blink is seeking a Product Support Engineer with around 3 years of experience to support our Belgium team. In this position, you will develop strong product knowledge, provide technical assistance to internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to testing, diagnostics, and continuous product improvement.
Here's What You'll Do:
As a Product Support Engineer, you’ll act as a key technical point of contact, collaborate closely with sales, Level 2 support, and engineering teams, and support the testing, validation, and troubleshooting of Blink’s hardware and software solutions.
