Please ask yourself if you are ready for a challenge before applying. Even in optimal conditions, Start-Ups are hard, and are always a lot of work. What you do week to week will change. If this feels exciting, not concerning, that's a good sign.
This role requires excellence in both strategic thinking and tactical execution. You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and wearing multiple hats. We're building something transformative, and that means the path isn't always clear—but if you thrive on that challenge, you'll love it here.
