Bloom Growth is seeking a Client Success Manager who can deliver impact at scale. In this role, you will support a high-volume book, focusing on scalable engagement strategies that drive adoption, outcomes, and long-term value across our Growth Operating System.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complexity, working efficiently across large client segments, and designing repeatable approaches that move the needle for many clients simultaneously.
The expected base salary range for this role is $50,000–$75,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition, this role is eligible for quarterly performance-based incentives. Bloom Growth™ follows an equitable, market-aligned compensation philosophy to ensure fairness and consistency across our fully remote team.
