About the role

Bloom Growth is seeking a Client Success Manager to help our clients achieve meaningful outcomes while delivering an exceptional experience throughout their journey with our Growth Operating System. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to clients—understanding their goals, guiding adoption, and ensuring they realize ongoing value from our platform.

What you'll do

  • Partner with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and desired outcomes
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess progress, identify opportunities, and mitigate risk
  • Drive client milestone achievement through scalable outreach, education, and engagement
  • Deliver training, webinars, and client communications at key points in the customer journey
  • Increase software adoption and value realization by monitoring usage and recommending best practices
  • Identify and execute consultative upsell opportunities aligned with client needs
  • Generate client referrals by creating raving fans within our ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Share insights, metrics, and client feedback with internal stakeholders
  • Contribute directly to retention, expansion, and overall client experience improvements

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2–3 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role
  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, and make data-informed decisions
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this role is $50,000–$75,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition, this role is eligible for quarterly performance-based incentives. Bloom Growth™ follows an equitable, market-aligned compensation philosophy to ensure fairness and consistency across our fully remote team.

Location Eligibility

This role is open to candidates permanently residing in the United States, excluding California and New York. Bloom Growth™ adjusts compensation based on geographic market data to maintain internal equity.
