As the Director of Coach Partnerships at Bloom Growth, you are responsible for the growth of our coaching community. This is a business development role designed for a leader who excels at identifying, vetting, and closing peer-level relationships with high-caliber, $1M+ revenue entrepreneurs.
We are looking for a strategic hunter who enjoys the challenge of taking an existing recruitment process and optimizing it for world-class performance. You will own the recruitment pipeline end-to-end, bringing a fresh perspective to our workflows to ensure we consistently secure at least 12–16 elite coaches per quarter. Qualifications
The expected base salary range for this role is $70,000–$80,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition, this role is eligible for performance-based incentives allowing for a six figure total compensation package. Bloom Growth™ follows an equitable, market-aligned compensation philosophy to ensure fairness and consistency across our fully remote team.
