Bloom Growth is seeking a Client Success Manager who can deliver impact at scale. In this role, you will help clients achieve their desired outcomes while providing an exceptional experience throughout their journey. Supporting a high-volume book of clients, your focus will be on scalable engagement strategies that drive software adoption, retention, expansion, and referrals.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in managing complexity, working efficiently across large client segments, and executing strategic initiatives independently to advance engagement, deliver measurable outcomes, and create long-term value.
The expected base salary range for this role is $50,000–$75,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition, this role is eligible for quarterly performance-based incentives. Bloom Growth™ follows an equitable, market-aligned compensation philosophy to ensure fairness and consistency across our fully remote team.
