Role Summary
We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that communicate our mission, engage stakeholders, and build awareness in a rapidly evolving defense technology landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy that builds brand awareness and communicates our value to defense and commercial stakeholders.
- Create compelling content — from technical narratives and case studies to digital campaigns and event collateral — that showcases our products, people, and mission.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
- Partner with leadership, engineering, and business development teams to support go-to-market efforts and customer communications.
- Help to coordinate and attend events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen industry visibility.
- Track performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights to inform future strategy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in defense, aerospace, or emerging technology industries
- Excel at translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling stories for diverse audiences
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams
- Mission-driven and inspired by supporting the US Navy and our Warfighters
