You will be part of a dynamic, high-performing go-to market team. You will be successful by identifying leads, prospecting, qualifying those leads and passing those leads over to sales. You will use your vibrant personality to reach decision makers. As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for: · The full lifecycle of a prospect on the marketing side until passed onto sales as a Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL), and then work with sales collaboratively to nurture through to close.
· Identify high potential revenue opportunities with well-qualified prospects, develop leads from those prospects, and continuously nurture the lead until sales handoff. · This role will interact with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area. This role will not close the sale. Performance will be measured by meeting or exceeding pipeline creation targets. · Prospect customers by leveraging outbound medium technologies to promote Blue Ridge’s solutions.
· Drive additional revenue opportunities by targeting specific markets, business needs, account types and project types. · Manage a database of leads in CRM system, efficiently processing all leads, tracking, reporting and maintaining them until they are handed off to the sales team.

· Two years minimum professional sales experience in a B2B environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
· Strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables · Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent.
· Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision
· Excellent track record of driving growth and meaningful engagement
· Penchant for data-driven decisions, ability to adapt to new or changing direction based on user feedback and market demands
· Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and comfort working with data
· Background with Supply Chain Solutions and inventory management experience is a definite plus
