We are looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant who is knowledgeable in Supply Chain Planning or Inventory Management.  The Implementation Consultant serves as a multi-facet role with direct, first point of contact for customers while implementing Blue Ridge’s solutions, particularly Supply Chain Planning (SCP) and Supply Chain Analytics (SCA).  The primary role is to functionally support the customer in modeling data imports and assist in explaining how the data models support the business use cases. The analyst is responsible for supply chain/operations analysis, product knowledge, problem solving and general business analysis for the Blue Ridge customer base. In this role, you will need to be able to write complex SQL queries to import and extract data in our client databases and to be able to debug issues as required. In addition, this position will support existing customers who may implement additional features or functionality and help resolve open support tickets using Service Desk. This role is key to Blue Ridge’s goal of 100% successful, satisfied, and referenceable clients.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Customer Business Process Analysis 
  • Provide customers with product knowledge and expertise.   
  • Ability to guide new customers through successful and expedient implementation of Blue Ridge products. 
  • Develop a strategic relationship with customers to achieve their objectives and goals by leveraging Blue Ridge solutions.
  • Responsible for meeting utilization targets.  
  • Participate in the planning, development, maintenance, and configuration of systems.
  • Assist with building new client systems utilizing our SaaS solution.
  • Provide functional and technical support to our clients; escalate cases as needed.
  • Organize and lead meetings with clients.
  • Respond to client issues via email and phone.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, computer science, statistics or similar
  • Must have Experience in Supply Chain Planning or Inventory Management Required (emphasis on Furniture, Wine & Spirits, Food Service and HVAC a plus)
  • 3+ years’ experience in software implementation consulting 
  • Interest in learning and developing new functional and technical skills.
  • Project planning and management
  • Ability to write complex MS SQL queries 
  • Knowledge of file transfer protocols and management of FTP servers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate well with clients and co-workers.
  • Experience with Atlassian suite of products a plus
