Dental Front Desk Team Member – Full-Time | Harmony Orthodontics

We are a well-established orthodontic practice in Gresham, OR, with multiple beautiful locations. We’re looking for a Full-Time Dental Front Desk team member who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the warm, welcoming face of our office
• Greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments
• Support patients with questions about their care and accounts
• Work 40 hours per week with flexibility to travel across our locations
• Help keep our practice running smoothly and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer Service Experience: 1–3 years (dental/medical preferred)
• Multi-line phone system experience
• Excellent communication skills: Friendly, clear, professional
• Team player: You enjoy collaboration and supporting others
• Positive attitude: Excited to help patients and live our mission

This is a safety-sensitive role. Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Harmony Orthodontics follows all CDC, OSHA, and ADA health and safety guidelines.
