Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving transformation? Bluetree Dental Services is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle who is ready to take charge, lead strategic initiatives, and empower teams to elevate practice operations and financial performance.


What You’ll Lead:
As Director of Revenue Cycle, you’ll be at the forefront of critical decision-making, working directly with our CFO/VP of Practice Services to shape the direction of our revenue cycle operations. Your leadership will impact areas such as:


Strategic Cycle Management:

You will lead the development and execution of innovative revenue cycle strategies that align with market trends and business goals. Drive the planning sessions and collaborate with leadership to adapt strategies that maximize revenue and operational success.


Project Leadership & Change Management: Be the catalyst for change as you spearhead high-impact projects, guiding teams through timely and efficient implementation, all while maintaining focus on scope, budget, and objectives.


Performance Excellence: Leverage your leadership to monitor KPIs, continuously enhance processes, and optimize financial performance. You’ll ensure compliance while fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.


Team Leadership & Development: Inspire, mentor, and develop your team—creating staffing plans, providing ongoing training, and building professional growth opportunities. Your leadership will shape a dynamic and engaged team that thrives on collaboration.


Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a trusted strategic partner to practice leaders, executives, and ownership teams. Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment across operational goals, driving both short-term and long-term success.


Compliance & Legal Stewardship: Provide oversight to ensure that all revenue cycle operations adhere to relevant federal, state, and local regulations, safeguarding the integrity of our operations.


Special Projects: Take the lead on high-priority initiatives, ensuring that each project drives meaningful impact and aligns with the company’s larger goals for success.

Proven Leadership Expertise: You bring a track record of success in managing complex revenue cycle operations, including billing, coding, collections, and patient financial services. Your leadership ensures high-performance outcomes.

Strategic Vision & Analytical Skills: With your strong analytical abilities, you are adept at interpreting financial data and transforming it into actionable strategies that drive improvement and growth.

Project Management & Process Optimization: You have a proven history of managing large-scale projects, driving change, and optimizing processes to achieve both financial and operational success.

Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Your leadership is built on communication, collaboration, and fostering strong relationships with teams and stakeholders at all levels.

Tech-Savvy Leadership: You are familiar with revenue cycle management systems, automation tools, and healthcare technology platforms that help drive operational excellence.

Work Environment:
This is a full-time, onsite role at our Reno office, with regular travel to practice locations, allowing you to lead from the front and ensure hands-on collaboration and project success.

The pay range for this role is:

100,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Bluetree Practice Services)
