Full-Time Front Office Patient Coordinator ✨
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 am – 5:15 pm
Location: El Dorado Hills, CA (In-Person)

🚀 What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Dental front office experience (required)

• Treatment planning knowledge (required)

• Proficiency in dental software (Open Dental preferred)

• Strong communication skills—both written & verbal

• Excellent customer service and a positive, can-do attitude

• Comfort with discussing finances and insurance with patients

• Ability to multitask and manage a busy schedule with ease

• Reliability, punctuality, and a self-starter mindset
  
  

📋 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greeting patients with a smile & checking them in/out

• Answering and routing phone calls

• Scheduling and confirming appointments

• Presenting treatment plans & collecting payments

• Billing and coordinating with insurance

• Maintaining accurate charts and patient records

• Supporting the clinical and management teams as needed

• Keeping the front office tidy, welcoming, and running smoothly
  
  

💵 Compensation

• $21.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
