What You’ll Be Doing

As our Optometry Practice Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our office—leading a high-performing team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering top-notch patient experiences.

• Lead, motivate, and inspire a talented eyecare team

• Ensure compliance with optometry protocols & office systems
  
  
  
• Maintain strong communication with providers, staff, and patients
