🦷 What You’ll Be Doing:
Ensure all instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and ready for use
Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols (CDC & OSHA standards)
Organize and stock treatment rooms and sterilization areas
Support clinical team with instrument flow and efficiency
Monitor and log sterilization equipment and processes

🦷 You’re the Perfect Fit If You:
Have 1 year of medical or dental office experience (recent dental assisting graduate preferred)
Are highly organized and detail-oriented
Take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
Work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Have a strong sense of responsibility and reliability
