BlueWave is seeking an Electrical Engineering Lead with the title of Electrical Engineering Manager. The Electrical Engineering Manager will be the primary subject matter resource working on solar photovoltaic and battery storage projects from concept stages (site identification), through project development (entitlement and engineering) to starting construction. This person will also be managing the Request For Information (RFI) and Submittals process to confirm that the projects achieve completion milestones on schedule and in a safe manner.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000 per year + bonus.
Compensation will be influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to internal pay equity, job-related knowledge, skills, education, certifications, and relevant experience as outlined in the job description above.
