Who we are Looking for:

As a Customer Solutions Specialist at BlytzPay, you'll be integral in handling a diverse range of calls, chats and emails from customers and clients and fielding to ensure customers feel supported and valued.  We're seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, possesses a keen interest in technology, and is driven to carve out a successful career path.

What you will do:

  • Skillfully address customer inquiries and troubleshoot complex issues to deliver a superior customer experience.

  • Maintain accurate records and updates in our systems to ensure seamless communication and resolution.

  • Expertly deescalate situations and find effective resolutions for challenging issues.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience with customer support, call centers or other jobs that include written communication.

Required Working Conditions

  • Work hours: 9am - 5pm East Coast / 7am - 3pm Mountain Time, Monday to Thursday (Office-based).

  • Remote work on Fridays; employees must have a quiet, private workspace.

  • On-call availability one to two weekends per month.
