As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re hiring a Sales Leader to build and scale our sales organization—from founder-led motion to a repeatable, high-performing revenue engine.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves selling, building, coaching, and scaling—all at once.


What You’ll Do

  • Own BlytzPay’s go-to-market strategy across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team (currently 4 reps)
  • Drive pipeline health, forecasting, KPIs, and revenue execution
  • Build scalable sales processes, pricing approaches, and CRM discipline (HubSpot)
  • Partner closely with the CEO, Marketing, Product, and Ops
  • Close strategic deals, key accounts, and partnerships
  • Help evolve BlytzPay from founder-led sales to a scalable sales org


What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience; 3+ years in sales leadership
  • Proven experience scaling sales in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Strong operator mindset—comfortable owning revenue, metrics, and execution
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Excellent coach and collaborator with executive presence
  • Experience partnering closely with a founder in a sales-led organization, with a track record of helping transition from founder-led sales to a structured, scalable sales motion.

Compensation & Location

💰 $300,000–$375,000 OTE + equity

📍 Draper, UT (in-person required)
