About the role

We’re seeking a Sales Associate who shares our love of fashion and commitment to exceptional customer service. You’ll be a collaborative team player who contributes to a welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient shopping experience while upholding store presentation standards.

What you'll do

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor
• Assist with product questions and styling suggestions
• Achieve daily sales goals (SPH, ADS, UPT) set by store management
• Maintain merchandise presentation through folding, sizing, and restocking
• Support store cleanliness and organization
• Participate in ongoing training through Bohme resources and hands-on guidance
• Communicate customer feedback and concerns to management
• Assist with merchandise processing and inventory tasks
• Follow all safety procedures and loss prevention protocols
• Operate the cash register and complete transactions accurately
• Perform additional duties as assigned by store management

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort with POS systems and retail technology
• Previous retail experience preferred
• A commitment to delivering a positive, personalized shopping experience
