About the role

Boltive is hiring a mid-level Sales Development Representative to own outbound prospecting and help build a predictable pipeline for our sales team. This is a high-impact role focused on quality pipeline creation, not activity for activity’s sake. This role is remote, reporting to sales leadership, and works closely with AEs and marketing.


This is not entry-level. You should already know how to prospect, build sequences, and operate inside modern sales tooling. There is a clear growth path into Senior SDR, AE, or broader GTM roles based on performance and interest.

Qualifications

Core responsibilities


Outbound ownership

    • Own daily outbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn.
    • Research and prioritize accounts aligned to defined ICPs.
    • Run structured, repeatable outbound sequences.


Pipeline contribution

    • Generate qualified meetings that convert into real pipeline.
    • Maintain accurate notes and follow-up in HubSpot.
    • Partner closely with AEs to refine targeting and approach.


Tooling and execution

    • Leverage sales tools effectively to increase productivity.
    • Use enrichment, sequencing, and signal-based outreach intelligently.
    • Provide feedback on what is working or not working in the outbound stack.


Cross-functional exposure

    • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, messaging, and outbound alignment.
    • Gain exposure to later-stage sales, contracting, and deal mechanics over time.


How we measure success:

  • Consistent creation of qualified meetings for AEs
  • Strong outbound activity with quality signals, not spray-and-pray
  • Clean CRM data and clear handoff to sales
  • Feedback loop with marketing on messaging and ICP quality


Need to have experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of SDR or outbound sales experience in B2B.
  • Proven success with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Experience using sales tools and CRMs, particularly HubSpot.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building repeatable habits.


Nice to have experience:

  • Experience selling into technical, compliance, or regulated buyers.
  • Prior work in SaaS, ad tech, privacy, security, or MarTech.
  • Interest in growing into AE, revenue ops, or GTM roles.
