Position Summary
The Community Associate will be an integral part of Bonneville Labs, positioned at the front desk and acting as a primary point of contact for members and visitors, they will often be seen as the face of the company. This position will be responsible for promoting and supporting a pleasant and welcoming space to provide a lasting first impression to guests of our facilities.
What You’ll Do
- Provide office, administrative and operational support to the organization as a whole to include but not limited to:
- Upkeep of facilities and decor to provide a tidy and pleasant environment
- Supply ordering and inventory management
- Communication liaison between inter-departments, members, external customers, partners and vendors
- Coordinate and schedule staff meetings, events, and usage of conference rooms
- Greet and provide assistance to staff, members, and guests both by phone and walk-ins
- Coordinate and distribute mail and deliveries
- Support onboarding/offboarding of members
- Support executive team, lab operations and other departments as requested
- Maintain records, spreadsheets, SOPs, and various other documents
- Support internal and external events through brainstorming, planning, organizing and executing
- Establish and maintain a pleasant and cooperative working relationship with clients of Bonneville Labs
- Contribute to building company culture
- Crosstrain both inter-department and other sites to provide back-up support as required
- May be required to stay after-hours or work overtime as necessary (event clean-up, urgent facility cleanliness issues, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Your Work History will Include
- 2 years Administrative experience in a professional environment (construction, property management or similar preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer facing role
Your Educational Background
- High school diploma or equivalent - required
- Bachelor's degree (or experience in lieu of education) - preferred
Other Requirements
- Travel: up to 25% for events and meetings within the Bay Area
