As we scale into new markets and products, we’re looking for a strategic product leader to take full ownership of our flagship Recognition product.

This is a high-impact role, focused on growing and evolving a $16M ARR product line while partnering closely with GTM, design, and engineering leadership. You’ll step into a product with strong fundamentals — a beloved core experience, a loyal customer base, and high visibility across the organization — and lead its next chapter.

Why this role matters

You’ll be the driving force behind our mature and growing recognition business. As we place new bets in adjacent markets (like performance), we need a dedicated leader to guide the vision, positioning, roadmap, and cross-functional execution of our Core product line. Your success will ensure our foundational offering remains a growth engine, while also serving as a launchpad for future innovation.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments and finds energy in connecting product strategy to customer and business outcomes. You’ll partner deeply with sales, customer success, marketing, and operations to shape go-to-market plans, drive growth across both PLG and sales-assisted funnels, and evolve the product to meet the needs of increasingly mature and enterprise buyers.


In this role, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and success of our Core Recognition product — from vision to roadmap to release.
  • Collaborate closely with GTM leaders to refine positioning, optimize selling motions, and lead product marketing alignment.
  • Translate evolving customer and market needs into a clear strategy, prioritizing for impact across buyer maturity and company size.
  • Drive ongoing innovation within the recognition space, identifying opportunities to differentiate in a competitive market and ensure Bonusly remains best-in-class.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve onboarding, adoption, and engagement — including revitalizing our PLG funnel.
  • Help define new revenue opportunities, including integrations, partnerships, and packaging/pricing innovation.
  • Act as a unifying force across Product, Engineering, Sales, CS, Marketing, and Operations to align teams and keep momentum high.
  • Build and evolve processes that balance clarity with speed — scaling smartly without overcomplicating.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, creativity, and continuous improvement across your collaborators and stakeholders.


You might be a great fit if you:

  • Have 8+ years of experience in product management, with 2+ years leading products at scale in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Have owned or co-owned a product line with significant revenue responsibility, ideally in the $20M+ ARR range.
  • Combine strategic thinking with operational pragmatism — you can zoom out to drive vision and zoom in to make sure things ship.
  • Are a compelling storyteller who brings people along — from internal teams to executive stakeholders to customers.
  • Love working closely with GTM teams to translate market needs into strong product decisions, messaging, and enablement.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with a healthy dose of ambiguity.
  • Care deeply about team health, culture, and development — and lead by example with empathy, energy, and excellence.
  • Prefer alignment over autonomy, momentum over ownership, and clarity over control.


Bonus points for:

  • Experience in the HR tech space or a strong interest in the future of work.
  • A track record of working on PLG initiatives and optimizing funnels.
  • Familiarity with multi-product or platform ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in upmarket or enterprise expansion.
  • Experience working with offshore or distributed product teams.


Compensation: 

Salary Range: $185,000 - $215,000

Equity Range: 0.13% - 0.20%
