About the role....
We're looking for a Technical Writer/Trainer to help us create and deliver enablement content at scale to support customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle. You'll work closely with the enablement team to execute programs that support our ongoing cross-functional release process, drive high customer adoption rates, and help our customers achieve their business objectives.
This is a four-month, 40-hours-a-week, remote contract. Please note, we are only considering applicants who are US-based.
What you'll do....
- Develop educational content (including videos, articles, one-pagers, webinars, and blog posts) to support the entire customer lifecycle.
- Update and manage content in our customer-facing Learning Management System.
- Develop new content and manage updates in our Help Center.
- Design, produce and maintain customer-facing training videos.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and engineering to develop and deliver product communication that supports our Go-to-Market strategy
- Execute in-app messaging to support product releases
- Contribute to our monthly customer newsletter
- Support internal education for the CS team

- Have experience using Gainsight CS and CE, Intercom, Asana, Camtasia, and Zoom
