About the Role

Bonusly is looking for an innovative, inquisitive, and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to support our growing GTM teams. You’ll own our HubSpot CRM, key sales tools, and the implementation of our future Customer Success platform. Your work will help Sales, CS, and Marketing operate smoothly, make informed decisions, and deliver delightful experiences.


What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary HubSpot admin (users, workflows, dashboards, automation, data hygiene).
  • Manage and optimize our sales tech stack (ZoomInfo, Gong, Chili Piper, etc.).
  • Lead administration of a new CS platform.
  • Build and maintain reporting that powers forecasting, pipeline visibility, and customer insights.
  • Partner with Sales, CS, Marketing, and RevOps to improve processes and create scalable, reliable systems.


What You Bring
  • 2–4+ years in Sales Operations, RevOps, or a similar systems-focused role.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B GTM environments.
  • Experience building or redesigning scalable GTM processes.
  • Hands-on HubSpot admin experience (certifications a plus).
  • Have worked with modern GTM tools and integrations.
  • Experience with CS platforms
  • Are a naturally curious operator who actively seeks out new tools, frameworks, and ideas and translates them into practical, day-to-day improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a love for designing clean, efficient processes.
  • Have a knack for organizing complexity, whether it’s data, processes, or tools.
  • Communicate clearly and enjoy helping others leverage tools effectively.
  • Are energized by solving problems and improving things a little bit every day.
  • Value collaboration, kindness, and shared ownership, core to the Bonusly culture.
  • Able to translate functional requirements into technical specifications, system design, and scalable workflows.
  • Comfortable analyzing datasets, building meaningful reports, validating data integrity, and translating findings into actionable insights.


Bonus Points
  • Exposure to BI tools or light SQL.
  • Familiarity with API-based integrations or data modeling.
  • Experience using AI or similar emerging technologies as part of regular workflows

Compensation

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 USD
