About the role

The Assistant Store Manager provides a consistent management presence for the store. Their primary focus is sustaining a high level of performance in all aspects of established store operation. Particular attention is paid to creating and maintaining a close, open, and supportive relationship between management and the store’s staff, and always addressing the customer’s best interests. This position is designed as a supplement to the Store Manager, echoing their responsibilities and duties and extending the overall management presence in the store.
