As a Facilities Technician, you’ll be the backbone of our headquarters, R&D spaces, machine shop, and test environments—keeping systems running, problems solved, and teams unblocked. From maintaining CNC equipment to ensuring utilities, HVAC, and workspaces are always flight-ready, your work will quietly enable some of the most ambitious aerospace development happening today.

Role Overview
As a Facilities Technician, you’ll work side-by-side with engineers, machinists, and technicians to ensure Boom’s facilities operate safely, reliably, and at peak performance.

Compensation
The Base Hourly Rate for this position is $30/hour - $38/hour per year. Actual rates will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Boom’s total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include long-term incentives/equity, a flexible PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
