About the role
What you'll do
Engage with prospective clients and manage the full client journey throughout the sales process
Craft sales strategies, analyze customer needs, and find solutions that unlock untapped potential
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and prospects
Identify and anticipate client needs and proactively identify solutions
Be a BoomPop expert, stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends
Effectively communicate our unique value proposition and our offerings to clients
Maintain an organized and efficient sales pipeline using HubSpot
Track and report on sales performance, consistently exceeding quotas
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including GTM, product, and customer success, to ensure a consistent client experience
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS sales
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients or customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A strategic mindset coupled with a data-driven approach to sales
Familiarity with HubSpot, Gong, Apollo and other analytics tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ownership and commitment to accurate forecasting

Total Compensation Package; Including Benefits and Stock:
Base: $70,000 - $80,000 a year, $140,000 OTE; Depending on Experience and Qualifications
Medical, vision, dental, life: $10,000 - $16,000 a year; Depending on Individual or Family Plan
Equity: Our vision is to take BoomPop to the moon; Total Estimated Value for this Role is $50,000+
