We’re looking for a motivated, people-first Store Supervisor to help lead our team to smoothie greatness at our Pen Centre store. If you’re passionate about customer service, thrive in a lively environment, and love leading a team — this could be your perfect blend.

As a Store Supervisor, you’ll be the right-hand to the Store Manager and a key driver of team spirit, top-tier service, and smooth daily operations.

• Lead & Motivate – Inspire your team and bring the good vibes. Foster a supportive and high-energy atmosphere.
• Deliver “Legendary” Service – Ensure every guest leaves smiling, with a smoothie in hand and a great experience to remember.
• Be the Go-To Communicator – Keep the flow going by coordinating between team members and the Store Manager.
• Stay Cool Under Pressure – Tackle challenges with a calm and positive approach, especially during those busy rushes!
• Keep Operations on Point – Help implement company procedures, maintain high standards, and look for ways to improve every day.
• Build Customer Connections – Be a friendly face in the community and get to know the regulars (they’ll love you for it).

• Brings strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills

• Has experience in retail, food service, or hospitality (an asset, but not a dealbreaker!)
