Our Pen Centre location in St. Catherine's, ON, is on the lookout for passionate, people-loving Crew Members to join our fast-paced, high-energy team. If you thrive in a buzzing environment and love making someone’s day just a little bit brighter — you’ve found your crew.

Job Type: Part-time (30–40 hours/week)
Shift Length: 4–8 hours
Availability: Weekdays & Weekends

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Bringing “Positively Outrageous Customer Service” to life — every single shift!
• Greeting each guest with a warm smile and a can-do attitude.
• Helping customers choose their perfect smoothie or snack by sharing your product knowledge.
• Crafting smoothies, juices, and light food items to perfection — every time.
• Following all health, safety, and sanitation procedures (we keep it clean!).
• Supporting daily operations like restocking, cleaning, and staying organized.
• Maintaining a clean and vibrant store atmosphere.
• Handling cash with accuracy and care.
• Contributing to a fun, collaborative team environment.

What You Bring to the Blender:

• A friendly, upbeat, and enthusiastic personality — good vibes only!
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-focused setting.
• A strong work ethic with great attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow (we love promoting from within!).
• Great communication skills (both with guests and your teammates).
• Multi-tasking magic — you can blend, chat, and clean like a pro.
• FOODSAFE certification is a bonus, but not required.
