Position Summary:

Primarily, the Product Sample Coordinator supports the Product Development Team in the oversight and responsibility of intaking and managing all product samples. They will work closely with the Product Development and Design Team to keep things organized and tracked within the department.

 

Essential Job Functions:

      Responsible for maintaining the WIP and tracking all samples requests for BP Athletic, Graphics, Outdoor, Tactical and Shoes

      Track, sort and maintain all incoming samples, lab dips, trims and fabric swatches

      Communicate with vendors/suppliers regarding samples

      Support Marketing Team with management of Ambassador Samples, Ecommerce Photo Samples and Lifestyle Samples

      Responsible for all outbound shipments to Suppliers using our UPS and Endicia Accounts

      Responsible for the shipment of samples to our Retail Department and other Vendors

 

Required Minimum Qualifications/Job Knowledge:

      Bachelor or Associate Degree or equivalent preferred

      Must have strong organizational skills, as well as attention to detail

      Must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

      Create and maintain a quality, professional work environment.  Maintain a positive relationship with all co-workers and colleagues

      Knowledge of Google, Word, Excel

      Must be available to work in-office Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, 9:00am – 5:00pm or 10:00am-6:00pm
