We are looking for dedicated, detail-oriented project managers interested in joining our client-embedded teams in the tech and e-commerce industry. 

You will be responsible for coordinating and driving projects to completion. You can oversee planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they meet client expectations, adhere to timelines, and stay within budget. 

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask. Youl have strong communication and project management skills, and the ability to oversee multiple work streams and stakeholders. 

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with creative partners to kick off, lead, and deliver various project assets

  • Develop and manage project timelines, workloads, and objectives to ensure projects are delivered on time and on brief 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resource plan and manage project workflows

  • Partner with teams to oversee asset creation and production 

  • Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and objectives and communicate the impact of those changes to the team and stakeholders 

  • Own and maintain a program tracker across different workstreams and projects, tracking project status, owners, next steps, timelines, etc. 

What you'll bring

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to own and manage multiple projects through various stages of completion

  • Comfort overseeing design, motion, video, or digital projects 

  • Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma

  • A self-starter attitude who can work cross-functionally and navigate a matrix organization to successfully deliver tasks within budget and on time 

  • Ability to read and process a creative brief and ask critical questions that help you find the creative solution to build a project timeline or roadmap

  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

  • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills 

  • Collaborative, creative, and analytically driven
