The Role

Marketing Conultant - Content & Events

Type: Part-time or Project Based Consultant

Location: Remote

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Consultant to support our growth efforts by helping us extract more value from our existing content and activate it to drive new business conversations and pipeline. This role is ideal for a consultant who’s skilled in upcycling content into highly engaging assets and understands how to support demand generation in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

You’ll work closely with our internal team and partner agencies to identify, repurpose, and distribute content across channels—particularly LinkedIn and email—to engage prospects and accelerate deal conversations. A secondary focus of the role is managing our events program, ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality interactions with clients and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Repurposing & Pipeline Activation

  • Audit, prioritize, and repurpose existing content (e.g., event recordings, interviews, case studies) into assets for LinkedIn, blogs, email nurture campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate with the internal team and agency partners to execute and amplify marketing initiatives that support new business development.
  • Develop messaging and campaigns tailored to different stages of the funnel to drive conversations and conversion.
  • Support the sales team with content that enhances outreach and builds credibility with target accounts.
  • Manage organic presence on LinkedIn and recommend strategies for increasing reach and engagement.

Event Program Management

  • Plan and execute virtual and occasional in-person events (e.g., webinars, client roundtables), coordinating logistics, speakers, and follow-up.
  • Act as a key liaison with clients and guest speakers to ensure seamless event experiences.
  • Support event-related communications and content follow-ups to maximize value post-event.

What you'll bring

  • 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in consulting, SaaS, or professional services.
  • A knack for identifying compelling content angles and repurposing long-form content into multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and execute in partnership with agencies and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated success in managing events and maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a platform for thought leadership and lead generation.
  • Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot and email platforms.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and storytelling skills.
  • Confidence working independently and representing marketing in client-facing and internal discussions.
