The Role


Job Title: Advertising Operations Specialist

Length: 3 months

Brainrider is looking for an Advertising Operations Specialist to join our client embedded team. As the Advertising Operations Specialist you will partner with internal Customer Immersion team members, providing operational execution support to help project manage client immersion requests for managed and unmanaged advertisers - maintianing quality and efficiency throughout the end-to-end immersion process. You will be responsible for recruiting research participants for user experience studies and guiding them through the process. Studies you will recruit for include onsite visits, remote studies via the web and offsite studies in the U.S. and abroad.


As our ideal candidate you will have a strong background in advertising effectiveness and project management, along with a natural curiosity to understand how things work. You are passionate, analytically minded, a great communicator, and able to partner with other cross-functional teams.


What you'll do

  • Own immersion operational execution in coordination with internal teams supporting workflows such as, email outreach, scheduling, and performance tracking across multiple projects
  • Monitor and troubleshoot progress and performance of immersions to ensure overall program quality and consistency
  • Triage incoming requests, utilizing technology, superior customer service and judgment - responding within a timely manner and working one on one in real time
  • Gather learnings and insights for: internal teams to help further develop and evolve our products and the clients advertising partners to help them achieve their marketing objectives
  • Actively participate, collaborate, and add value to weekly training and operational meetings - quickly implement new practices
  • Identify tool and process efficiency gains with an analytical perspective

What you'll bring

  • Bachelors Degree in advertising, marketing or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience within the advertising ecosystem and a thorough understanding of major success metrics
  • 2+ years of experience managing client facing communications concerning Favebook Ads Manager/campaign set-up per internal direction
  • Experience with Salesforce, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio for participant outreach
  • Detail-oriented, computer literate and tech savvy with proficiency in working with multiple desktop applications and ability to quickly learn in-house software
  • Experience in working on research studies (inbound feedback, A/B testing, surveys, interviews)
  • Ability to remain cool under pressure and effectively multi-task maintaining an exceptional level of quality
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work in a high-performance team environment
