Senior Designer
We are looking for a Senior Designer who can think conceptually but also execute flawlessly. This role is deeply hands-on—you’ll collaborate with Art Directors and Creative Directors to bring campaigns and brand worlds to life, ensuring that every piece of work is both strategically sound and visually powerful.
You’ll be responsible for creating and executing key campaign assets, helping define how a brand comes to life across channels, and pushing craft and design excellence. This role sits at the intersection of design, storytelling, and execution—we need someone who can build bold, memorable visual systems, bring campaign ideas to life through highly polished execution, and be a key player in shaping brand expressions.
Key Responsibilities:
Concept Development & Collaboration
- Work alongside Art Directors and Creative Directors to shape campaigns, develop concepts, and execute high-level creative work.
- Serve as lead designer on client accounts, demonstrating a deep understanding of their brand, business objectives, and target audience.
- Take big creative ideas and execute them into compelling visual assets—whether it’s key visuals, brand identity extensions, motion design, social content, or campaign toolkits.
- Help build and refine brand worlds—establishing design systems that feel immersive, cohesive, and adaptable.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and motion designers to create visually-led, story-driven brand campaigns.
- Bring fresh, unexpected creative ideas to the table that challenge conventions and push the brand forward.
Execution & Craft
- Be a hands-on designer who takes concepts and turns them into polished, high-quality deliverables.
- Execute across a wide range of creative formats, including campaign key visuals, digital & social assets, motion/animation concepts, presentation design, and more.
- Develop brand identity extensions and campaign toolkits—ensuring a brand’s look and feel translates across all touchpoints.
- Obsess over craft, detail, and execution—this is a role where precision matters.
- Adapt designs for different mediums, ensuring that every asset is impactful and on-brand across digital, social, print, and experiential applications.
Presentation & Client Engagement
- Clearly articulate design thinking to internal teams and clients, explaining how creative decisions support brand strategy and objectives.
- Help sell ideas visually—whether through compelling mockups, presentations, or concept boards.
- Work collaboratively with producers and external partners to ensure the best possible execution of the creative vision.
- Work within existing brand systems but also push the work forward with innovative thinking.
- Balance multiple projects while maintaining a strong focus on craft and execution.

- Adaptable: You can shift between big-picture thinking and tactical execution with ease, keeping projects moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a professional design role, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Ability to create and execute boundary-pushing brand identities.
- Strong conceptual thinking skills, with a portfolio of work showcasing your ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
- Ability to take direction, collaborate effectively, and contribute creative ideas.
- Comfortable working with early-stage concepts and turning them into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Bonus: Experience with sound design, editing, or product/UI animations.

The pay range for this role is:
75,000 - 105,000 USD per year (US)
