Paid Search Specialist
As a Paid Search Specialist, you’ll lead the development and optimization of SEM campaigns that deliver measurable results. This role blends creativity, data analysis, and strategic communication to produce high-performing, memorable campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in SEM experience.
- Experience with Google PMAX and cross-channel strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data reporting.
- Excellent multitasking and communication abilities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of SEM platforms and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage paid search campaigns aligned with client goals, conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to maximize performance, utilize Google Performance Max (PMAX) campaigns for cross-channel optimization, monitor and adjust campaign elements for ROI and KPI achievement, manage large-scale budgets and ensure cost-effective ad placements.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Use analytics tools to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities, ensure accurate tracking and data reporting for clear client insights, rovide performance reports and actionable recommendations.
- Client Collaboration & Communication: Partner with client teams to align on goals and translate them into SEM strategies, present campaign updates and insights effectively to clients, educate clients and teams on SEM trends and best practices.
- Process & Improvement: Refine SEM processes for efficiency and data accuracy, stay updated on industry trends and integrate new strategies, share best practices and mentor team members.

The pay range for this role is:
75,000 - 120,000 USD per year (USA)
