Overview

Guides clients through the HubSpot technical software setup, identifies objectives, configures for business requirements, trains, and is responsible for initial activation and adoption. Senior-level works on complex migrations and integrations.

What you'll do

The HubSpot Product Strategist is responsible for leading HubSpot implementations for clients of all sizes and industries. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills and experience with HubSpot's marketing, sales, and service products. The senior level will have experience with complex migrations and integration experience. Depending on skill level and experience, some HubSpot Product Strategists work on REVOPs retainer accounts. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and discovery calls with clients to understand their needs and goals
  • Create project plans and timelines
  • Conduct regular customer calls to track progress and address any issues
  • Provide pre-call goals and resources to clients
  • Follow up with clients on the next steps
  • Evaluate customer tech stacks and recommend onboarding approaches
  • Develop plans for long-term success with HubSpot
  • Advise clients on HubSpot best practices
  • Guide clients through the initial HubSpot setup
  • Build strong client relationships

*Rarely does anyone have ALL of these at first. There is an opportunity to learn/grow.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience conducting HubSpot implementations/onboarding
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with HubSpot's marketing, sales, and service products
  • Experience with complex migrations and integrations, such as SalesForce, Shopify, Marketo, NetSuite, etc.
