About the role

Bridges Trust is looking for an HR Associate to join our team and support the full lifecycle of the employee experience, from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, benefits, compliance, and engagement. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem solving, and has a growth mindset and has the opportunity to have direct impact on the employee experience.


What you'll do

  • Recruit, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions.
  • Assist with benefits administration and maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Management of HRIS system and reporting.
  • Partner with managers on employee relations, performance, and engagement initiatives.
  • Support training, development, and HR projects as needed.
  • Serve as back up support for front desk.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of HR experience in a generalist or related role.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
