Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise

 About The Enterprise Team: The Enterprise team drives billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations, supporting our Commercial teams through technological excellence and innovation. Our responsibilities include insurance eligibility, benefit determinations, claims cycle management, subscriptions, and revenue reconciliation.

What You’ll Do as a Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise: We are seeking full-stack engineers with a strong product sense who value high autonomy. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team, including a product manager, engineering manager, designer, and fellow engineers, to provide top-tier support to our members as well as internal teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end features in both the Rails API and React front-end

  • Support our process through technical breakdowns, RFCs, and living documentation

  • Maintain quality through test coverage & code reviews

  • Utilize A/B testing for data-driven decision-making

  • Think like a user and have an opinion when presented with product proposals.

  • Mentor and support other developers on the team

  • Debug production issues and solve our patient's problems

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience building and supporting complex Rails applications

  • Substantial experience managing APIs in Rails

  • Experience with building & maintaining bespoke internal admin tools

  • Experience troubleshooting bugs & performance issues in large-scale production deployments
