About the role
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our team. This role will play a critical part in Brio’s NetSuite ERP implementation and long-term platform ownership. The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for system configuration, data migration, integrations, APIs, and ongoing optimization of the NetSuite environment. The ideal candidate has deep functional and technical NetSuite experience and enjoys working closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and external implementation partners.

General Responsibilities
Qualifications
· 6+ years of experience administering NetSuite ERP in a mid-market or enterprise environment.
· Hands-on experience supporting at least one full NetSuite implementation or major ERP upgrade.
· Strong experience with NetSuite data migration, imports, and reconciliation.
· Proven experience supporting integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP), and EDI workflows.
· Deep understanding of NetSuite security, roles, permissions, and approval hierarchies.
· Experience with SuiteFlow, saved searches, and custom reporting.
· Familiarity with SuiteScript (basic to intermediate) is a strong plus.
· Strong understanding of financial and operational ERP processes.
· Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
· Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and external vendors.
· NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant certifications are a plus but not required.
