Job Description

We're seeking enthusiastic seasonal or full-time installers to help us create stunning holiday displays from September 15th to December 15th, with potential full-time opportunities from January 1st to February 1st. You'll play a key role in transforming homes and businesses with dazzling Christmas lights.

Job Responsibilities

• Install beautiful holiday lighting and decorations on rooftops, trees, and other structures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot lighting displays to ensure they remain bright and festive.
• Follow safety standards to ensure a secure installation for you and your teammates.
• Assist in the takedown and storage of holiday decorations post-season.
• Work efficiently with your team to complete projects on time and to client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Previous Christmas lighting experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
• Comfort with Heights: You’ll need to be comfortable working on rooftops and ladders.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have your own way to get to work sites.
• Work Ethic: Willing to work 60-90 hours per week during our busy season.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are a must.
• Core Values: Caring, teamwork, positivity, attention to detail, resourcefulness, professionalism, integrity, passion, and creativity.
• Language Skills: English required; bilingual skills are a bonus!
• Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver's license.
• Client Interaction: Good personal skills for interacting with clients.

Work Environment

• Enjoy the outdoors! This job involves working outside in various weather conditions.
• Be prepared for physically demanding tasks, including climbing ladders and lifting heavy objects.
• Ability to climb 30 ft+ extension ladder
• Fast-paced and dynamic, perfect for those who love a challenge.
• 60+ hours a week during peak season

Compensation

• Earn $1250 - $2,800 per week, based on your schedule and performance.
