POSITION SUMMARY

As the AI Enablement Manager, you will lead Broadvoice’s internal effort to accelerate AI adoption across all departments. You’ll design training, build frameworks, guide cross-functional AI projects, and help teams unlock new efficiencies. This is a highly autonomous role where you’ll partner directly with senior leadership to shape our AI strategy and culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and manage a company-wide AI enablement program.
  • Partner with department leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
  • Deliver training, workshops, and hands-on support to teams adopting AI tools.
  • Create best practices, playbooks, and shared frameworks to reduce duplicated effort.
  • Support pilots and proof-of-concept projects, helping scale what works.
  • Maintain a centralized AI knowledge hub with documentation and resources.
  • Stay current on AI tools and trends, advising leadership on strategy and ROI.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience driving AI adoption, digital transformation, or enablement programs.
  • Strong proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, automation tools).
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Excellent communicator who can translate AI concepts into business value.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to build processes and programs from scratch.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in SaaS, telecom, or fast-moving tech environments.
  • Background in training, change management, or program management.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, security, or compliance considerations.
  • Ability to run workshops and coach teams in hands-on AI usage.
