POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary VP of Product Management to lead our Customer Experience product portfolio, with an emphasis on Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). This role will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution across our customer-facing cloud solutions, ensuring our products deliver differentiated, scalable, and high-value experiences to the global market.

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with deep expertise in CX technology, a strong understanding of cloud communications, and a track record of building successful SaaS products. This position is based in Portugal and collaborates closely with teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Marketing.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and drive the long-term product strategy for Broadvoice’s UCaaS and CCaaS portfolio with a focus on CX innovation.
  • Establish an inspiring vision aligned with company goals and industry direction.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers and contributors.

Product Roadmap & Execution

  • Own the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch to optimization.
  • Build and maintain data-driven product roadmaps.
  • Partner with Engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product capabilities.
  • Implement repeatable processes for product planning, requirements, and prioritization.

Business & Financial Ownership

  • Develop comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives, including market sizing, customer value, financial impact, and required investment.
  • Define and track product financials such as revenue, margin, COGS, adoption metrics, and ROI.
  • Monitor product performance against KPIs and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments.
  • Collaborate with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and portfolio-level financial planning.
  • Evaluate commercial models and pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

Customer & Market Focus

  • Serve as the internal advocate for the customer and user experience.
  • Conduct customer interviews, usability studies, and competitive analysis.
  • Identify emerging trends and new market opportunities to inform the product roadmap.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing on GTM planning, launch readiness, and product messaging.
  • Support Sales with product expertise, competitive positioning, and roadmap visibility.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Engineering to ensure product reliability, scale, and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, cloud communications, CX technology, or adjacent areas.
  • Deep expertise in UCaaS, CCaaS, or similar cloud communications platforms.
  • 5+ years leading and mentoring product teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience building business cases, tracking financial performance, and driving ROI-based decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling customer-centric cloud products.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and modern product practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Based in Portugal or open to relocation.

Preferred

  • Experience in telecommunications, contact center, or AI-powered CX solutions.
  • Background with global or distributed engineering teams.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across business units.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
