Always Fresh. Never Washed.™

ROLE OVERVIEW

Create digital assets and social experiences across web, mobile, and social platforms while maintaining championship-level craft standards. You're a self-starter with 2–4 years of experience who takes ownership from translating brand strategy into visual systems to executing daily social content and seasonal campaigns. You collaborate across marketing, operations, and game production to deliver cohesive visual experiences that reflect the Brodie brand voice and ambition.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

High-Volume Social Content (2-5 posts daily)

Design for Instagram, Threads, Twitter & LinkedIn across multiple sub-brands (Rec. League, Athletics, VALOR, Post, Press, Vanguard). Game day content: scoreboards, player callouts, matchup graphics, results. Player spotlights and team highlights with photo compositing that make Tuesday night look championship-level. Registration campaigns and pricing announcements with conversion focus. Product launches and merchandise drops. Partner brand integration graphics.

Multi-Platform Production & Design Systems

Execute across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom). Collaborate in Figma for shared design files and social templates. Rapid execution in Canva for time-sensitive brand-compliant content. Create stakeholder presentations in Google Slides. Deliver championship-quality work in hours, not days. Design natively for each platform's format and culture.

Campaign Support

Support Lead Brand Designer and Senior Graphic Designer on seasonal campaigns. Translate campaign concepts into daily social applications. Adapt seasonal work into multiple formats and sizes.
