ROLE OVERVIEW
The Director of Operations is the architect and owner of Brodie League’s operational excellence. This is a high-accountability leadership position for a systems-driven operator who thrives on scaling processes, leading teams, and driving performance across multiple locations.

You will oversee and coach a team of District Managers, General Managers, and League Managers, ensuring flawless nightly execution and sustained athlete growth. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Marketing, and Brand to ensure alignment with company objectives, while forecasting growth and optimizing for efficiency.

Compensation Disclosure
The expected annual compensation range for this role is between $100,000 and $150,000 CAD. Compensation is based on skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs. The compensation range may be adjusted in the future.
