About the role

As an Account Executive at Bronco AI, you will drive the adoption of our cutting-edge AI solutions by upper-mid-market and enterprise customers in various industries. This role is perfect for an ambitious sales professional who excels in building strong customer relationships and closing deals. You'll join a fast-paced team committed to bringing AI to the real-world for the first time.

What you'll do

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges, demonstrating how Bronco AI's solutions can drive value and innovation.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our AI and machine learning solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to identify and capitalize on market trends, generate leads, and refine our value proposition.
  • Provide feedback from the field to the product and engineering teams to help shape future product development.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Bronco AI and stay informed about market dynamics and competition.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the technology or AI industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and the ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong understanding of the business landscape and how AI and machine learning technologies can be applied to solve business problems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and the resilience to handle challenges and objections.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
