What You’ll Get as a Bryson Fellow
The Bryson Gillette Fellowship will lead the way on bringing more diversity to the communications and political industries by preparing the next generation of communicators through a best-in-class program. We are seeking bright, talented, hard-working college graduates who are committed to making a difference, with the curiosity to learn, and the initiative to be successful.
During your Fellowship year, you’ll be trained on skills to make the biggest impact in strategic communications, public affairs, and political consulting alongside innovative and visionary clients. Program components include:

Eligible candidates are undergraduates or graduates able to work full-time from June 22,2026 to June 18, 2027 (with the possibility of extension up to 15 months or transition to a full-time role).
Preferred Skills & Experience
Compensation: An annualized hourly wage of $52,000/year
