About Us
BTC Inc. is the parent company of Bitcoin Magazine, The Bitcoin Conference, and Bitcoin for Corporations. Our mission is Hyperbitcoinization, the global adoption of Bitcoin as the world's preferred monetary network. We believe Bitcoin opens the door to a global monetary network free from poor incentives, censorship, and government manipulation. Our journey to success involves decades of complex problem-solving, product development, and service creation in order to onboard billions of people into a future where money is more accessible, borderless, and inclusive. If you enjoy working on challenging problems, fast-paced sprints, and navigating ambiguity, you'll find our mission and type of work inspiring and rewarding.
The Role
You’ll be joining the Office team supporting Bitcoin Magazine and BTC Inc. from our Nashville HQ. Our warehouse and office operations are the “last mile” that ensures magazines, merch, and business-critical shipments arrive accurately and on time — especially during peak fulfillment windows (e.g., Black Friday / holiday season) and major product drops.
We’re looking for a Fulfillment Specialist who can own day-to-day shipping and receiving execution with a high bar for accuracy, reliability, and proactive communication. You’ll be the person making sure inbound inventory is checked in correctly, outbound orders leave on schedule, and the warehouse stays organized, safe, and ready for what’s next.
This is an on-site Nashville role.
The Work
- Shipping & fulfillment execution: Pick, pack, and ship outbound orders with high accuracy (correct SKU/quantity/labels) and meet daily carrier cutoffs.
- Receiving & unloading: Receive inbound shipments, verify counts/condition against packing slips, and escalate any discrepancies (missing/damaged/incorrect items).
- Inventory accuracy: Maintain clean, accurate inventory locations and counts; support cycle counts and basic reconciliation.
- Packing quality: Pack items to prevent damage in transit using appropriate materials and standards.
- Warehouse organization & cleanliness: Keep the warehouse and staging areas organized, clearly labeled, and safe to work in; maintain a “ready to ship” environment.
- Documentation: Maintain clear inbound/outbound notes and exception logs so issues don’t get lost and can be resolved quickly.
- Cross-functional communication: Coordinate with Ops / Customer Support when shipments, returns, or inventory issues impact customers.
- Light office / HQ support (as needed): Help with basic office support tasks at the Nashville HQ when it supports operational throughout.
Your Experience
- Fulfillment / warehouse experience: 1+ years in a warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or inventory role (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Accuracy-first operator: Strong attention to detail — consistent correct picks, labels, counts, and documentation are non‑negotiable.
- Comfortable with physical work: Able to lift and move boxes (up to ~50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in a fast-moving environment.
- Tool fluency: Comfortable using basic software for shipping/inventory workflows (bonus if you’ve used ShipStation, Shopify, or similar tools).
- Reliability & ownership: Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently while communicating proactively when something is blocked or off-track.
- Process improvement mindset (nice-to-have): Interest or experience improving warehouse organization, inventory control, labeling, and SOPs.
Additional Benefits
In addition to working on a meaningful mission in a challenging environment, we also provide the following:
- Unlimited Vacation
- Company MacBook
- Health, Dental, and Vision
- Remote First / Your Schedule
- 100% Paid Life Insurance and Disability
- Work alongside a talented, fast-paced team solving complex problems
- The opportunity to connect and network with the Bitcoin industry and leaders in the space
The pay range for this role is:
40,000 - 70,000 USD per year (Nashville Office)
