The Role 📋


Our mission at the Bitcoin Conference is to create environments and experiences that support Hyperbitconization. Bitcoin opens the door to a global, inclusive monetary network free from censorship, government manipulation, and poor financial incentives. Whether you’re a Bitcoin enthusiast, a newcomer wanting to learn, an industry professional seeking to deploy capital and network, or a developer working to collaborate at a startup or an open-source project, our events provide a Bitcoin experience tailored for everyone.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Customer Care Advocate to join our events team. You'll be the empathetic bridge between our brand and our cherished customers. You'll solve problems and provide resolutions through emails, chat, social media, and occasional phone calls. As an advocate for hyperbitcoinization and pushing Bitcoin adoption forward, you will be crucial in managing customer relationships and ensuring top-notch customer service for our conference attendees and partners.

Success in this role will require an individual who is positive and empathetic. Will take pride in informing our customers and supporting them whenever they have concerns. You’ll have experience doing this elsewhere and will also be comfortable speaking into our processes and practices to help us constantly level up and optimize where possible. You’ll be passionate about our mission and our efforts as an event company to connect, celebrate, and collaborate around Bitcoin.

You’ll Be Doing 💪


  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer support to conference attendees, exhibitors, and partners. Answer inquiries, address concerns, and provide feedback or solutions promptly and professionally.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with conference stakeholders, including sponsors, volunteers, and students. Ensure their needs are met and maintain ongoing communication to enhance engagement.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote conference initiatives, special programs like volunteer opportunities, student ticket packages, and open-source funnels.
  • Data Management: Utilize Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Typeform to collect and organize data related to attendees, partners, and various conference programs.
  • CRM Management: Effectively use the CRM system to track and manage customer interactions, registrations, and feedback.

We’re Looking For  👀


  • Previous Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer service, relationship management, marketing, and CRM management is essential.
  • Bitcoin Enthusiast: Strong interest and knowledge in the Bitcoin space and a passion for advocating hyperbitcoinization and promoting Bitcoin adoption.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with a team while also taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a customer-centric approach.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced event environment.
  • Location: Can either be remote or located in Nashville to work out of the Nashville office.

The pay range for this role is:

36,200 - 76,400 USD per year (Remote)
