The Role

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ticketing Manager to oversee the end-to-end ticketing operations for all Bitcoin Conferences globally. This role will drive strategy, system execution, reporting, and on-site ticketing logistics in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. You will ensure that ticketing operations run smoothly—from pre-sale setup to on-site access control—while optimizing for revenue, customer experience, and operational excellence.

You’ll Be Doing

Ticketing Strategy & System Management

• Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and execution of ticketing systems across all events.
• Develop ticketing strategies in collaboration with marketing and production, including pricing tiers, VIP packaging, discount codes, and timelines.
• Partner with platforms like Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, See Tickets, or others to ensure accurate setup and smooth transactions.

Sales Tracking & Performance

• Monitor ticket sales, pacing, and revenue; report insights and recommend adjustments in real time.
• Analyze buyer behavior and suggest optimizations to maximize reach and conversions.
• Create detailed post-event reporting to inform future planning.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with customer experience and marketing teams to ensure ticketing messaging is clear, accurate, and timely across platforms.
• Resolve customer support escalations tied to ticketing and access control.
• Support compliance with ADA accessibility, local regulations, and data privacy laws.

On-Site Operations

• Plan and execute on-site ticketing operations including box office setup, will call, staffing, training, and troubleshooting.
• Manage access control solutions and wristband/badge distribution logistics

We’re Looking For 

• 3–5 years of ticketing experience, ideally in live events, festivals, or entertainment industries with a proven track record of managing complex, high-volume ticketed events.
• Hands-on expertise with ticketing platforms such as Eventbrite, See Tickets, Ticketmaster, AXS, or similar, including system setup, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of ticketing strategy and operations—including tiered pricing, promotional codes, VIP packages, and discount campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with production, marketing, and customer service teams.
• Data-driven mindset, with experience monitoring sales trends, running reports, and making recommendations based on performance analytics.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and deliver in deadline-driven environments.
• Comfortable with on-site event operations, including box office management, access control, and troubleshooting during live events.
• Knowledge of compliance protocols, including ADA accessibility, data privacy, and venue-specific regulations is a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evening and weekend event hours, and ability to travel for on-site execution.
• A passion for Bitcoin and an interest in supporting the growth of the movement through world-class events.
