The Role 📋

Whether you’re a Bitcoin enthusiast, a newcomer wanting to learn, an industry professional seeking to deploy capital and network, or a developer working to collaborate at a startup or an open-source project, our events provide a Bitcoin experience tailored for everyone.


We are seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be pivotal in driving our sales and growth objectives. The SDR will generate leads, qualify prospects, and set up meetings for our sales team. They will play a key role in our sales process, acting as the initial point of contact for potential clients and helping to create a pipeline of opportunities for our business.



You’ll Be Doing 💪


  • Identifying and researching potential clients to create targeted sales strategies.

  • Contact prospects via email, phone, and social media to introduce our services and set up meetings.

  • Qualifying leads and assessing the potential for business opportunities.

  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline.

  • Track and manage prospect interactions and updates in our CRM system.

  • Meeting and exceeding set targets for lead generation and sales meetings.

  • Staying informed about Bitcoin trends and market developments to communicate our value proposition effectively.


Your Journey to Success 🎯


1 Month

  • Understand our company purpose, pitch, and sales methodology
  • Learn the basics of the SDR function and do a deep dive into our expectations of your work
  • Meet the sales team and other cross-functional partners and stakeholders
  • Learn the basics of how to structure a sales conversation

2 Months

  • Design conversation templates and talk tracks
  • Identify target companies for sales opportunities
  • Begin qualifying prospects and handling discovery calls/emails
  • Skillfully handle common objections and reinforce our value proposition and messaging

3 Months

  • Be fully ramped and hit or exceed the quota
  • Develop a pipe/funnel for our sales team
  • Attend weekly 1:1’s with your manager to continue developing your career

12 months

  • Continually hit or exceed quota
  • Mentor and support incoming SDRs
  • Align on career development opportunities within the organization

We’re Looking For  👀


  • Entry to mid-level SDR experience (1 - 3 Years)

  • High energy, proactive, go-getter mentality and personality

  • Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, with a track record of achieving targets.

  • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to engage prospects effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with the Bitcoin and cryptocurrency space is a plus.

  • Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Track and report on marketing performance, providing regular updates to the entire team.

Base Salary •   $56.5K – $81.2K
Commission •  $12K – $34K

The pay range for this role is:

56,500 - 81,200 USD per year (Remote)
